The 48" range with griddle offers the most powerful gas burner available to the home - the patented CircuFlame ™ burner - the same powerful burner featured on the award-winning Hestan Commercial restaurant equipment. On the other end of the spectrum, the simmer flame setting on the surrounding burners ensures a gentle, non-flickering flame of 500 BTUs for your most delicate sauces. The 12'' commercial-grade stainless steel gas griddle makes breakfast a cinch with superior heating and a thermostat for precise temperature control. The high-performance oven features exclusive PureVection™ technology, which electronically controls multiple heating convection systems, to optimize baking, broiling, roasting and convection baking. And, the MarquiseDisplay ™ gives you a chef-friendly digital display - conveniently inset right in the oven handle
