LG Signature Refrigerator/Freezer Repa

We moved into our dream home almost a year ago. It was everything we were looking for and in a beautiful area. The kitchen was a major draw with a 15 ft. Island and all very top quality appliances. We were so impressed with the LG Signature Refrigerator. It was a dream to look at and had every possible feature that screamed modern and high tech. Just recently I noticed that the ice was coming out soft and very see through. The next day I checked for something in the freezer and realized it was losing cooling capacity. We call the LG 800 number for service and they took our info. The next day a new compressor and new coil were delivered. The following day a service tech showed up and within 2 hours the new parts were installed and we were good as new. Just excellent customer service as quick as could be. There are so few things that are taken care of as easily as this nowadays so we are so appreciative.

We have had this product for three years. The compressor stopped working. Customer service might be the worst I have seen at any company. I have asked 8 times for a call back. Never received even one. Two weeks later still waiting for repair.

We bought our LG SIGNATURE refrigerator in Sept 2019. We have needed to replace the compressor on our fridge twice already in the very short period of time we have owned it. Not only was it a convenience that we did not have a working fridge/freezer but we also lost $$$ of food in both our fridge and freezer twice I do not feel confident that this fridge will last us long before another issue arises. I asked for our fridge to be replaced as the same component failed twice and I was informed that it would need to fail three times before replacing. Very disappointed

I have owned this fridge for 2 1/2 years. The freezer drawers are the best design ever. It is so easy to keep the freezer organized and know what is in there. Love the glass door - easy to see drinks and pull one out.
