I bought this to replace my 43 tv from another vendor---primarily because of the MANY additional features LG offers its customers. My home is now entirely Wi-Fi and the LG TV fit seamlessly into my electronic network

After purchasing in the summer of 2019 we found the viewing angle is not the greatest I later found that I should have paid more for IPS display technology. The LG streaming channels are nice but dont get used a channel as they sometimes disappear from availability. Now in May of 2023 the network both WiFi Wired is failing. Nothing that would keep me from buying a new LG TV.

They are the only TVs that I will purchase Ive had them for at least 10 years. Unfortunately Ive had a couple break one because they sent me the wrong screws for the legs and wouldnt stand by it so I had to purchase another and then recently my other would not connect to Wi-Fi and one was only two years old and the other was only three years old. I love everything about them except for the new remote and menu not necessarily the road remote but the menu is gray and white. I miss the color coding because its much easier to use and then the newer menu is much more confusing you used to have the guide and the live TV button now you have the Home dashboard and the home dashboard is a little bit annoying but that will not determine if youre continuing to buy LG TVs now I just have to purchase legs for my older LG TV and I just recently spent $50 on remotes so some of the little things like that are annoying but the overall product is absolutely wonderful .

I UPGRADED my TV from a 43 model from a V company and am GLAD I did so Not that there was ANYTHING really wrong with the TV or the company altho it DID fail in service 2x during the warranty period. LG has the channel setup that actually WORKS AND has the capability of the HDMI ARC outlet Providing 5.1/7.1 surround sound
