Worst Ever

Drawers are broken and now taped together, door trays have fallen off and are broken (down to two now), food freezes in the back, and don’t get me started on how ridiculous the ice maker is! The ice is too big for the hole, jams, then dumps all over the floor EVERY TIME you get ice. It’s awful! Zero stars, would not recommend.

Drawers don’t hold up

We have had 2 drawers break and others look like it won’t be long. Have never had this issue with other fridges. The drawers are expensive to replace. I will definitely think twice before getting this fridge again.

Didn't last long & Terrible Ice Dispenser

We purchased this refrigerator three years ago. We had some issues with the ice maker, ice gets stuck in the dispenser ALL THE TIME so it won't put out anything and the next thing you know, ice is falling all over the ground. It will also put out crushed ice when you want cubed. It has plenty of space and the fridge worked well and was quiet. The lighting is nice. Unfortunately, we got an OP code showing up and our refrigerator side started warming up. Then the digital screen showed all kinds of crazy numbers on the fridge side (-27, 52, etc). The freezer worked fine the entire time. We replaced the thermistor and had a repair man come out and replace it again. He eventually determined there was a broken wire somewhere between the control board and the thermistor so the fridge is done for. Very unfortunate for a three year old fridge.

Absolute waste of money

I have had this product for three years and it completely stopped cooling anything in fridge or freezer. Went down during pandemic. Hundreds in food lost. No human answering on the 1-800 number line. Could not possibly be more dissatisfied.
