Would rate a ZERO if possible

Will never ever ever ever buy or accept frigidaire appliances in a home we own or will be building. Every. single. Appliance. Had issues and basically fell apart just outside of the warranty. The fridge freezes everything periodically thus ruining all produce. almost every shelf has been replaced except the 3 metal ones. Plastic is garbage. Liner of fridge has multiple cracks. Utter crap products. Maybe our builder bought models that weren't designed to last long like using paper plates!

We purchased this product when we bought our new home. As soon as the warranty was up at the 3 year mark the refrigerator literally stop working. Frigidaire customer service reps didnt want to help due to us being out of our extended warranty date. A service technician told us the refrigerator wasnt repairable & our problem was a manufactures defect. The liner of freezer was cracked. Technician said he never seen anything like this. Never waste your hard earned cash on such a poor product.

noisy, now ice maer not working

We bought our house 2.5 years ago, was told refrigerator was brand new. Noisiest refrigerator I have ever heard in my life. Ice will frequently jam chute door open, so you have to check that every time you get ice. Now ice maker is not working (ice jams in tray), tried all the recommended troubleshooting...I would never buy from this manufacturer after this experience.

This fridge was bought a little over a year ago and everything on it works great except the ice maker! The actual motor that makes and freezes the ice gets jammed all the time with an ice cube. It stops making ice completely until I get in there and free the cube holding the arm up. It is so disappointing to my pregnant wife who craves ice chips daily...
