Bought this last month to go into the garage for extra freezer space. It has performed well for about a month now and I'm hoping it will continue. The site says the model is discontinued, but stores still carry it.

We had been looking for a smaller chest freezer, but we wanted a good brand name. A gentleman who has worked on appliances for years highly recommended the Frigidaire brand. We were thrilled when we found the Frigidaire chest freezer. It is the right size and is allowing us to buy extra meat when on sale. We are really liking it!

This is my first time using a chest freezer and I've only had it for a week but for the short time I've had this freezer, it has made my shopping trip a lot easier. I can stock up or store more of my leftover or made ahead meals. I would recommend this freezer for anyone who does not have enough room in their freezer or need more room for when they want to make meals ahead of time and freeze it for later in the week to use. The only downside I have with this freezer is that it only comes with one hanging basket. Every freezer should have at least 2 baskets for that extra added room for small items. It is very frustrating to trying to find another basket for my chest freezer because 1. they are never the right size for this freezer and 2. they are Way too expensive for a basket.

I bought this freezer 3 weeks ago and it gets the job done. It just took a couple of hours to be cold enough to receive food. For a small freezer, there is a lot of room inside. There is only one basket that comes with it but I was able to buy a second one on line for $20.

Bought this 1 month ago at Home Depot. Put it where I wanted and plugged it in. So far all is well. It came with 1 hanging basket so I purchased 2 more after market and a couple stackable versions as well. We have a small refrigerator freezer and this gives us the option to buy stuff in bulk from Costco and such. I’ve noticed the frost starting to buildup on the hinge side (like other reviews noted) but nothing excessive. So far we are pleased. Plenty big for a family of 3.
