Avoid! Broke down after 2.5 years.

In my entire life, I've never had a microwave die on me until this one. I purchased it brand new and after 2.5 years, it turns on but does not heat (most likely the magnetron is out). This is unacceptable. Then they want to charge $110 for a service visit just to likely tell me I need a new one. Very disappointed.

Microwave looks great, is easy to use, heats food well, very good quality. The only bummer is the handprints on the stainless steel.

Bought as a replacement for the one in our new home. Installed - dead! Took back to store and exchanged for another unit. At least the second one has worked for the first two weeks.
