Our mattress has been good to us these past 7 years (purchased May 2015) The indentations from our body are Now causing us to wake with sore hips. It's said that one should be replaced every 7 or so years. It's Time. Instead of spending hours online searching reviews for another brand, I say buy the same one. 'If it's not broke, don't try to fix it."

This is the worst mattress we have ever owned.

This mattress is so heavy and unweidy that we cannot move it down from the headboard to make the bed. Also, it is so firm that I put a foam topper on and it still is too firm for us to sleep without pain. The box springs that I bought with it left such a space between the mattress and the boxspring that the sheets would not stay tucked in and kept coming out. It is the worst bed I have ever owned and we would like to have it replaced..

We wanted a very firm mattress and found this Serta to be just what we wanted. No longer feeling hubby moving around during the night. Nice and comfortable. No smell or dampness, ready for you to get a good night’s sleep. LOVE IT!

Wonderful! Not too hard and not too soft. I bought a foam mattress off Amazon but it was too firm. This one is pricier but perfect -- I am a side sleeper and it's soft enough for me to sleep on my side, but still firm enough to support me. I put an extra mattress pad on top and it's perfect. I highly recommend the iComfort. I have the LE edition and I got it on sale for a great price.

I don’t care what the salesman tells you, this mattress has not lived up to its promise, and it starts sinking in the first 6 months. Our backs and necks hurt. We have rotated it, tried different settings on the adjustable base, tried different pillows. The integrity becomes compromised and sinks in where you lay. It’s no longer supportive, but it bounces back when no pressure is applied, so they won’t cover it under warranty. It absolutely does not keep you in proper sleeping position when you lay on it. Worst purchase ever, and we’re still paying on it. Buyer beware before you make this much of an investment.
