Worn out in three years

We really loved this product for the first two years. I am a side sleeper, and I found the bed to be incredibly supportive. Both my husband and I weigh less than 200 lbs, but after 3 years, there are uncomfortable dents on both sides where the foam has worn out. We are at the point that we need to replace it which is disappointing. I think it is an outstanding product, but be sure to keep all receipts/information when it comes to the warranty. Don't make our mistake!

Bought 100 gentle firm to replace an online "luxury" multi coil mattress that was killing my back. Delivery and removal from a local dealer was a breeze. For 4 or 5 days there was a mild gas smell coming from the mattress when moving on it. I sleep better, sleep cool and no aches in the morning. I reserved one star because not knowing how it will stand up in the future.
