Features

This Jenn-Air® freestanding counter depth French door refrigerator offers a sleek, integrated look with an internal water dispenser. The 72-inch height provides three extra inches that fill the gap 69-inch refrigerators leave below standard cabinets. An electronic climate control system helps maintain an ideal environment for keeping ingredients fresh. This model is available in Euro-Style Stainless (JFC2290REM) and Pro-Style Stainless (JFC2290REP) exterior design styles.

Refrigerator Do Overs

I really like that we do not have a water or ice dispenser in the door. Lines are much cleaner and there is more room in the box. The ice maker and holder are large and work very well. If I had it to do over, I would get a fourth drawer sliding deli drawer. The inside deli drawer requires you to open both French doors in order to slide out the Deli drawer. Very inconvenient. Service person states that we must always close left door first before closing right door or gasket will wear out prematurely. Maybe the gasket needs to be stronger.

The water dispense take some getting used to and occasionally drips. would be nice if there were a drip pan so drops do not fall in drawer below.

Very solid refrigerator; shelves, doors, drawers... all have a heavy, high-quality feel not shared in other brands. Time will tell with reliability, but the appliance feels well-constructed and works really well.

Bought this item one month ago and have a couple of issues which are scheduled for repair next week: left door needs adjusting to close properly and the water dispenser leaks/drips. We are excited to use this and all the appliances as we get to move back into our home.
