48-Inch Built-In Side-by-Side Refrigerator with WD

Ordered back in September and delivered on December 21st as requested. We love the refrigerator and the installation team did a great job. However, it looks like the ice maker is defective: leaking water to the freezer; therefore, there is frost all over the freezer and some water was coming through the ice dispenser until we turn off the ice release. Service needs to order parts before coming on site. Today, is January 3rd, and waiting for a schedule on site visit. I guess it will be sometime on the January 7th week. While I understand the holidays create challenges, there seems to be opportunities to improve time to solution.

We've had our new Jenn-Air refrigerator for just over a month and we still smile every time we open it! It is beautiful in design, features and ease of functions. Keeps temperatures in both freezer and refrigerator constant and the fruit and vegetable drawer definitely keeps produce fresh longer. Love, love, love!

Since we purchased the item almost a month ago, we love the ice and water filter on the door. The issue I am now having is the freezer door is making a popping noise. I believe is coming from the spring on the door.
