    Purchased 3 Bosch Appliances as part of home remodel 3.5 years ago and so far the oven is working well. The heat induction stove top feature looks great and we have learned to cook on it. It has flexibility in heating several different pots and pans at one time. Even though we don't have kids at home anymore, the safety feature of locking the stove top and the oven is nice. This appliance looks and works great. Hope we don't need service as we had a bad Bosch service experience with our refrigerator. They limited service to their rep or an authorized rep. Scheduling was difficult and down time was too much. We ended up buying a different brand of refrigerator and letting them haul away a 3.5 year old Bosch. That was disappointing. I hope they make improvements to their service model, we definitely did NOT feel supported by Bosch.

    Have had this range since 2018. Within a year it started intermittently flashing an error and won't let you do anything. I have spent hundreds of dollars on service visits and Bosch has replaced multiple control panels multiple times. Just for the same problem to happen again and again. The most recent event happened on Chrsitmas Day. I won't say this Bosch range ruined Christmas, but it sure did make it difficult to prepare a meal when the oven just flashes an error and will not operate. I ended up cooking Christimas dinner on a grill. I am so disappointed with this appliance that I am ready to take a sledge hammmer to it and buy another brand appliance. Sad because I always thought Bosch was a quality product. The range looks great. The induction top is fantastic. But when the oven errors out and prevents you from cooking, . . . well, I guess this pretty appliance is just worthless. Aargh! So much frustration.

    This range is a good one. I love the induction cooktop. It is a little bit difficult to figure out initially but, I'm used to it now and it works great. The oven is also good, but it takes forever to preheat. Seriously it takes 20 minutes to preheat. I have a Thermidor electric oven with a gas cooktop in a different house and it takes half the time to preheat.
