(P) 17 different power levels that are designed for your cooking needs. Each one features a different heat level, anywhere from a simmer to a boil.(/P)
Adjust the heat with just a simple slide.
(P) Dishes like risotto require different heat settings at different stages. With PowerMove(R)'s 3 preset power levels, simply slide your pan across to change the heat level. Once activated by a push of a button, you no longer need to adjust the cooktop temperature: PowerMove(R) is divided into two separate areas with pre-set power levels. So you can quickly heat or saut(eback) your dish on level 9 and then quickly slide the pan to level one to simmer or keep warm.(/P)
Boil water quickly with SpeedBoost®
(P) Adds a boost of power to your burner so you can boil a pot of water faster or heat a pan up quickly to get ready for searing.(/P)
Child Lock for unauthorized use
(P) Now kids can no longer turn on the hob by mistake. The Child Lock function prevents unauthorized use of the hob with just one long press of a button.(/P)
Regulate your cooking temperature
(P) The AutoChef(R) setting automatically regulates the cooking temperature and adjusts it as needed, so you get perfect results without the work of adjusting the heat level.(/P)
