Developed a dead line within forst month

i woke up one morning and turned on the tv. i noticed something was “off” and looked a little cloaer to find a purple dot with a gray line extending the length of the tv. i reached out to the support line through text and never recieved a reply. im extremely disappointed, my westinghouse is better then my expensive samsung.

i like the tv (65 inch 7 series) my only issue is the app store. it has a lot of apps you can download some i've never heard of and some i would probably never use but for some strange reason a popular app such as bet+ that my wife use can not be found or downloaded. my other smart tv in the house i can search and download why not this tv

very good picture, not phenomenal speakers but they're clear. navigation is relatively simple. my only gripe - it turns itself back on!!! and yes, we've checked the remote, the software, blah blah blah. all the things that can be looked up to try, we've tried. wish we could figure out the issue, but other than having to get back up and turn the tv off again, it's a solid set.

i cant say there’s anything that i love about this tv. i was used to the roku tcl that we had, and the ease of choosing an app or live tv. with this one, the remote doesnt let you click fast through anything, and if you try to, it skips way ahead. the tv turns on by itself almost every night which is incredibly annoying to have to go into the app and turn it off again. some of the apps make you use the phone app to stream to the tv when n the tcl that was never an issue.

high quality viewing and some great features from a solid smart tv. easy and convenient setup two legs (rather than center stand) require me to get a larger stand for it
