NOT Impressed AT ALL (Samsung service is worse)

i replaced my 10-year old toshiba 1080 tv with this (the wholesale club version of q60a) and i swear the picture is not much of an improvement. it doesn't look anywhere near as crisp as it does in the store. but it was ultimately the poor customer service that led me to return this set. the directions were a joke. (samsung, why don't you create a video instead of those ikea-like drawings?) there is way too much to tell here, but suffice to say i won't buy another samsung product. the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.

from day one the tv never worked. technician came onsite to replace the assembly board. still have issue. tv power off and on by itself. i spend days and days contacting samsung technical support oversea. until this day the tv is still not working. i will never ever purchase a samsung product again.

This is a great TV for the price. Easy to set up. colors are adequate. Sound is a little tinny. The "smart" OS is a little cumbersome, but it gets you everything you need. Just is completely intuitive. Would buy again.

This TV is used for streaming for movies, sports, as well as local and national programming. Replaced an older, smaller TV in out living room with this newer one. I do have 1 complaint though. I don't like the new "Solar Powered" battery in the remote. The battery power runs out very quickly. Seemingly like every other day or so. Even if we turn the remote upside down to collect the ambient, and or solar light, during the daytime, when the tv is not in use, the remote's battery still runs out in a surprisingly rapid amount of time. After only a week of owning this tv, I ended up having to purchase a USB- C charging cord, so I can charge the remote over night. I charge the every night. Is there a possibility of replacing this solar remote, with an older battery powered remote from the previous 6 series tv's? I purchased another QLED 6 series tv for another room, 2 years ago. This tv has the battery powered remote.
