Bought it for my room sound quality is amazing and very loud so I can hear perfectly around 14-15 volume. The features have so many apps can connect and screenshare. I honestly love it

This television let me down some. I purchased a LG 50in TV a year and a half ago and was very pleased with my purchase this one however just doesnt do it for me. It could be that my first LG was mounted and set up by a Costco service company this time it was memyself and I. I didnt find it easy to setup and not have a instruction manual to hold in my hand made it more challenging. The picture itself is good put Ive had sound issues with is tv the volume just goes out on its own for long length of time I have to cut the tv off then back on and change channels before the volume returned. This has happened a few too many times.The remote control slips when changing channels. Meaning when you hit the center key button the channel is subject to change. I never had this problem with my other LG. My first LG was setup in the living room this one went in my bedroom thats when I found out that you have to go through 5 steps to get to the sleep timer this was my biggest pet peeve. For that reason alone Ive probably would have gone with a different brand.

I really do not like this system. I keeps forcing things on me like LG channels which are of zero interest. It is a learning curve how to do things like take the small screen image and make it full screen. I would like the TV to turn on to the channel it was on when closing and it does not. It takes too many clicks to do anything.

Its a decent TV for 4k but definitely not the best for the price range. Its upscaling is below average at best.
