I bought my smart tv only two years ago and now the wireless card does not work. Unfortunately I am unable to use any applications hence the reason and purpose I bought the TV. I reached out to LG customer service and they refused to help me bc it was out of the one year warranty. Terrible reason and result to a bad built in part like a wireless card. I have laptops that have lasted longer.

Pretty decent tv but it should last more than 3 years. Screen black doesnt matter which input no inputs change hdmis anything. No picture nothing to do with a 1 year warranty. LG should be better than this. Many reviews say tv didnt last 3 years. I wish I read them before I bought it.

We bought this TV in 2019. It had great picture quality and we really liked all the extra LG channels. It drops the internet connection quite frequently. This month the screen goes on with vertical white bars then goes to a complete black screen with absolutely no display and no backlight. The audio still works though. Life is not good. Shouldnt TVs last longer than this?
