Ive had this set for 3 months and I am very disappointed. Picture is good but remote is difficult to use and inconsistent in performance. Not a fan of new era features like having the remote act like a computer mouse. I get flustered and long for the days of buttons and dials. Watching tv should not be rocket science.

Over the last 15 years we have owned 2 TVs our first flatscreen and now after 14 years a new one. I will say the sound and picture quality given we loved our old one but that just eventually died. Im hoping this one lasts as long but if it does do the same as the last then from what I know is 80 of the time fixable by yourself with LG TVs simply by resetting them. I love LG as a company but I couldnt even sign up for certain protections with this unit as it doesnt qualify.

Our 12 year old TV conked out and we needed something in a hurry. Because of the space where the TV needed to go we went with a 32 inch model. We had to have someone else set it up for us as my husband and I are senior citizens with limited mobility and electronic smarts.
