I had to send 6-7 requests before anything was scheduled or anything to happen but then once a technician finally called and let me know the part was ordered it was very smooth.

The TVs quality is exemplary and its reviews are well justified. Im pleased with the quality of this Television COMPLETELY. However the previous version had a problem with the screen a small imperfection that wasnt noticed until it was almost out of the original warranty period. The retailer had added a second year which was completely fictitious. As a result of LGs profoundly disappointing customer service experience I cant give five stars across the board. As a first-time LG product owner some form of courtesy couldve been extended but I was DK-ed dont know you by the customer care division of the company. This TV is fine but I wouldnt have had to purchase a second one if the first one hadnt had this slight mar on the screen. We didnt notice it because wed just had cataract surgery coincidental to its arrival and it took time for our vision to return. I didnt even think to look for a long time. Check your TV carefully and be assertive with any issues you find. Customer Care isnt what it used to be for almost any Internet-based transaction now and LG isnt unique in this regard. I had hoped for better from them. To be forewarned is to be forearmed. Caveat Emptor.

The LG TV is great. However the Magic Remote that comes with it is very user unfriendly and it is difficult to get any instructions on how to use it. Compared to our former tv this remote is especially frustrating when streaming.

Bought this TV about two months ago. Have absolutely loved it for movies and games. Picture is amazing and the sound is also incredible. Worth every dollar.
