Worst refrigerator products.

I bought the refrigerator in August 2022 and it broke down in June 2023. For the last month I have tried to get LG to repair it because its under warranty and it has been one struggle after another. Worst company to purchase from. If you want to purchase any product from LG do your research because customer service is crap. I can see why the company got sued when it come to refrigerators.

Need Better CSR agents with willingness to Listen

The worst Customer Service for a field representative and my other request have all been denied feeding off of the field representatives comment that no further action needed. I had asked for a different representative and was give the same one time and time again over

We bought this to have as an extra refrigerator. We did not have an ice maker installed to free up freezer space. Our items are kept cold and well frozen. It has plenty of room as a backup due to having 7 people in the home.

Purchased this top freezer model after returning another brand that was way too noisy for our kitchen/family room plan. Definitely worth the hassle of the return this unit is as quiet a unit as I have ever heard. Seems to work extremely well too at keeping foods at a great consistent temperature.
