Frigidaire Gallery 22.2 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth Side-by-Side Refrigerator

Anything you put in the fridge that is next to the freezer will freeze…anything and everything, so I have to put everything on the right side and have half the space lost and no room for anything. The ice maker never makes cubed ice. Either button you push it is all crushed.

Husband and I thought we were getting a nice upgrade when we purchased our brand new built home and it had this fridge. However, we quickly learned that wasn't the case. The water coming from the dispense is luke warm. Never had that issue with any other fridge with a water dispenser. Its my understanding it's made that way because there isn't a water tank to chill its just coming straight from your water line. Whoever designed it to do that should be fired honestly! Second our veggie drawer freezes EVERYTHING! No matter what setting we put it on all of our vegetables freeze and get ruined. EVERYTHING on the top shelf freezes as well. So I have to be very strategic about where I put everything and honestly why should that be a thing? Last and final straw is the freezer. Its completely iced over. We defrost it and in 24 hours its frozen over again. We can't use it. This is the worst fridge I've ever had to use. And to be told a technician "Could" cost us $100 for just the service trip if its not a limited warranty issue blows my mind. We've had this fridge for not quite 7 months.. NONE of these things should be an issue. Get it together because several people ARE NOT happy!
