FRIGIDAIRE IS STEALING MY MONEY WHEN I TRY TO RETURN A FILTER

THE WRONG FILTER WAS SENT TO ME AS I BOUGHT A 3 PACK. I NEEDED PURESOURCE ULTRA2 BUT WAS SENT PURE SOURCE2. I NEED TO RETURN THEM ALONG WITH AN RMA(SHIPPING LABEL) MY TOTAL RETURN SHOULD B $93.53 BUT THE LABEL I WAS GIVEN IS FOR $86.30.WHY IS FRIGIDAIRE KEEPING THE TAX MONEY???? THAT IS ILLEGAL! I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND SPEAKING TO DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE AND THEY DISCONNECT WITHOUT A CALL BACK. I AM FED UP WITH FRIGIDAIRE
