Return of water filters

I mistakenly bought the wrong water filters. To return them I had to make 4 phone calls to finally get someone who sent me a return label almost one WEEK after I initiated the return... despite emails telling me I would get a return label in 14 - 48 hours. I was finally told I needed to talk to the parts department and I had to wait more than a day to do so.

Bought a multipack for the fridge. Great value for the multipack of filters. They arrived earlier than expected and have been easy to replace when needed. So much easier than riding around town trying to find the right filter. Will purchase this way again when needed.

Refills are great + easy - fridge is terrible tho

The ease of filter refills are the first thing I like about this fridge which came with a house we purchased. Fridge is a terrible design which makes freezer access near impossible and the water dispenser barely works. The refill design however is fast and easy

The 3 pack is so convenient to order. I dont have to worry about ordering new replacements for almost a year. Never had a problem with any of the filters performance. Very good product.
