Poor quality water filter

I purchased a three pack water filter for my refrigerator in 2017. The first filter lasted 6-7 months. However the second filter only lasted 2 months. There are only 2 people in the household so we didn't use that much water. I tried to complain to the Samsung company however it landed on deaf ears. Several people that I talked to would only say that the water filters ARE NOT warrantied. They refused to replaced it. Because of the price of the filters it should have been replaced without question. I will use better judgement next time I decide to buy a Samsung product.

After years of trying different manufacturer's replacement parts in various products, I've found them to be a waste of money. For instance, computer printer ink cartridges. I've always had issues with them. Our new Samsung refrigerator is beautiful and I wouldn't want to buy aftermarket filters and take a chance of getting leaky ones. Bought the OEM and they work great and the water also tastes great too.
