    Seat SUCKS !

    My water delivered to my home SUCKS MORE! When I installed the GX1S01R I almost pulled the screws out of the new wall I crafted on the garage side opposite the kitchen. The seat leaked and I unscrewed, lubed and retightened to the max bowing the mounted top till I thought it would break. It did not leak. I have replaced the cartridge 3 times. It is tight and used large box end wrench for leverage to break lose and tighten. Going to inventory the O ring for the time it doesn't seat. Use an O ring eatable grease generously.
