I wanted to have my refrigerator at eye level so that I didn't have to get down on the floor to retrieve what I needed to prepare our meals. I love this feature and the way the freezer is divided makes it easy to store and find the items I need. Good job!

we have had it for about 3 weeks and every time it comes on it makes annoying sound and then it sound like a flapper drops. Other than that we like it.

My wife and I bought this French Door refrigerator, as we both looking for more space and more assessable features. We love love our new refrigerator, we both are still commenting what a great decision we made, I truly believe it is the best refrigerator we have ever had. Every thing is so convenient and with such ease to access everything and really enjoy having the freezer so big and convenient and everything is right there at the slide of a door. with such ease I can find everything right in front of me and the moveable shelving, I don’t have to try and get down to the floor to find my condiments that had usually been pushed to the back of the shelves. All the fabulous controls.

It took quite a long time to get my new refrigerator delivered. When it was finally delivered it was totally enclosed with plastic on all of the front. After delivery and after removing the plastic I found a defect. This should have definitely been seen by quality control. It is built in on the front of the freezer drawer. There is a gap that is very easy to see. I am surprised that whirlpool would have allowed this defect to be approved for delivery. This was an expensive item for me and I wish it were sent in perfect condition and not a second for the price.
