i only had the washer 5 months and it's not working. it stops at the rinse and spin cycle and won't continue or drain. it's still in warranty but i purchased the product from home depot and they combined my receipt with my other purchases, so i am having trouble with samsung in obtaining service under my warranty because of my receipt. they stated they want only the washer on the receipt with sales tax, etc. listed. they also don't like my invoice receipt from home depot, it doesn't list the quantity correctly. make sure to look over your paperwork! i think i'm stuck with a broken washer!

Full of mold every couple of months

bought this thing brand new, 6 months later the tub was full of mold. it was flakey and stuck to all of the clothes and the tub. we would clean it out by hand, run a self clean with bleach only, and it would still be there. did this 4 times (such a waste of water) and it was finally gone. came back again - rinse and repeat. came back again - rinse and repeat. i contacted samsung at month 13 - only a 1 year warranty. no such luck. i paid a guy to look at it - has no clue where the mold is coming from because the bottom of the tub (removed the plate in the bottom) was pretty clean, cause it's new! still dealing with the mold, it's only 2 years old. never buying a samsung washer again.

Really enjoyed having this washer. Its really deep and fits a lot of clothes. I had to replace my very old washer and this was what i needed. Spins well and makes washing fun. Only dislike is that it didn't come in multiple colors.

Had this unit about 2 months now. Overall I am pleased with the product. It does it's job and cleans clothes well. We are a family of five with 3 young children so between food outdoor and misc. stains on clothes this unit tackles those things well. The only complaint that I have about this unit is the noise, compared to our last unit this one if fairly loud.
