Horrible washer dryer

I bought this a year and a half ago for my condo. Had plumbing and electric installed and got it hooked up which took about 6 months. The washer and dryer had given me trouble ever since. It constantly beeps, gets stuck and I am unable to open it. Called customer service and it has a one year warranty but this has been going on since I bought it. The repair said it needs a new controller and lid lock—$400.

The product came with my apartment and I've never had a worse experience. The product has been beeping constantly for the past three hours with no way for me to figure out why, let alone stop it. I'd unplug it except I need to dry the stuff the washer messed up and with no access to customer service lines. Horrible product, use any other brand instead because they actually work

Dryer seems out of whack and washer is clanking.I’m worried I have a faulty unit , but now viewing the reviews , this may be just how this unit works. Unfortunately due to COVID it’s been harder getting a response from supplier and manufacturer. Hopefully someone can get me a replacement soon.

I bought this a little less than 2 months ago and it is great. Very large washing capacity and the dryer is also excellent. Great buy and takes up just a small closet space.

I have had this machine for a month and already have to call the service department. Not to pleased with the machine at this time
