Gas ignition failed

highly disappointed with this model purchase.. dryer failed to heat in second usage ... contacted samsung tech and when he visited he mentioned that gas ignition is faulty and failed... just used once after the delivery and installation day,.. spent around $1000 (with extended warranty) for a junk product.. having stress after making multiple calls and reports to bestbuy and samsung..

I have purchased this same type of Samsung Dryer with Steam 4 times now (each time because I moved and needed to switch from gas, to electric, back to gas, and now back to electric). So that in and of itself should speak volumes about how great I think this dryer is! I love the steam function and that's really what keeps me coming back. If I forget to use the wrinkle guard, or leave clothes sitting in the dryer for too long, I can simply throw a dryer sheet in, run it through the steam cycle, and voila! 15 minutes later I've got fresh wrinkle-free clothes. I also use this to spruce up clothes after unpacking them from a suitcase, or if they have become wrinkled in storage. It's such a great feature!
