Leaving burn marks on clothes

I bought this dryer brand new and I started noticing burn marks being left on my clothes. I realized it was coming from the dryer. I got my air ducts cleaned as when I did research that could be the reason and that didnt help. I reached out for support from LG and have not heard anything and its been over a month. So Im having to dry my clothes on low and restart them over and over. On top of that Im left with hundreds of dollars of burned clothes blankets and sheets.

This is an amazing Dryer. It does everything you could ever ask. Its super large so we can dry the biggest items including comforters. But its very efficient and I love the Wi-Fi option of it. My favorite feature Hass to be that the door opens two ways. Its so convenient when you just can flip it and load it Like having a front loading machine convenience with easy to load operation

We went from using carol bradys dryer to this top of the line machine. Took a little getting used to. Common issue is when there is a light load the sensors cut the time down significantly and the clothes will not be dry. Avoid this by using speed dry which is totally customizable and the dryer will run for as long as you set it. Phone notifications through the LG app are a huge plus so you dont forget about it.
