This large capacity dryer evenly dries loads the first time with the AccuDry™ sensor drying system by measuring moisture and temperature levels. Two built-in sensors help the dryer automatically stop the cycle when the load is dry, so this Whirlpool® top load dryer uses less energy than those equipped with the AutoDry™ system. This high-efficiency electric dryer is also built with American Pride and designed, engineered and assembled in the U.S.A.

This dryer replaced a 17yr old dryer. Our space was limited and most new dryers are too big for our existing space. I am so pleased that this dryer is a perfect fit. Not only that but the capacity is much bigger and it dries much faster. I also like the drop-down door.

This is not the dryer that I would have purchased because it is missing some features that my last dryer had, but it is OK and I am stuck with it. The main thing I do not like is the door that opens downward. It is a very deep dryer and I am short, so I have issues reaching the clothes in the back of the dryer. It dries clothes fine, but I find they are more wrinkled than I like It also does not have just a wrinkle release cycle, nor a rack for drying sneakers.
