I bought this dryer (LG DLEX 4000W) a few weeks ago, as it was one of the few dryers that was readily available from local retailer. Default cycles for delicate and perm press do not fully dry clothes. I usually have to switch over to manual settings to figure out the right combination of temp/time to dry clothes. Also, have tried steam cycle multiple times with dry clothes to test this feature and clothes will always come out damp or wet. I did call LG and a service tech (contractor) did look at dryer and ended up replacing the circuit board this past week. Unfortunately, this repair did not solve the problems. Disappointed that this is a brand new dryer that does not perform as expected and that we had to call customer service within first month. Not the value that I expect for my money. Will be returning dryer and currently researching other options, with less bells and whistles. Gave 2 Stars overall, as dryer does work, but you will not be able to fully utilize dryer capability and the workarounds are just not worth it.

We bought an LG washer and dryer several weeks ago. The dryer works well, IÕm trying to get used to the features and how to use them. Pleased that there is a wrinkle control setting! Also trying to get the right setting to get my towels completely dry, will continue to adjust.
