The Verdict Is Still Out

As soon as the dryer was delivered I hooked it up and tried it out. The delivery guys were barely out the driveway. The dryer would not turn on. After spending about 45 minutes on the phone with LG Tech Support they said it was throwing a code that the door was not closed. I assured them it was closed. They said to work with Home Depot to get a replacement. After another two weeks I finally got another dryer. Hooked it up tried it out and so far so good. But I need more time to run it through its paces before I can be fair in my evaluation. I gave this review a 2 star because the Verdict is still out. In all fairness to LG I will probably raise my rating once I have a chance to try it out.

We needed a simple to operate and quiet dryer. We have a large range of sheets clothes etc. Your dryer is easy to operate quiet and works perfectly right next to our LG washer

I bought the DLE7150W as part of a bundle. Unfortunately LG has repeatedly sent defective dryers. Im now waiting on delivery of a 4th dryer Imagine my surprise when LG asked me to review AVOID THIS DRYER as there is a defect/quality control issue with the door/door switch.
