LG Appliances 7.4 cu. ft. Ultra Large Capacity Smart wi-fi Enabled Front Load Electric Dryer with Built-In Intelligence

I bought this in Feb and it takes forever for my clothes to dry. The dryer doesnt get hot.

I had it for about two years and it was working well. The issue is that the clothes were always caught on the dryer lint filter and one of my best clothes was destroyed. The lint filter can be redesign and make it better or higher that will be great

The dryer has features I have not used yet. Bought the set based on internet reviews. No issues so far.

I purchased the Graphite Steel drier because under the bright lights of the store it looked attractive. Down in the basement it is dark and I cannot see all the items to be removed. Why couldnt it have come with inside light? There is a button in the front which should control an inside light but there is none. But the performance is worse than the image. I have been using driers for more than 50 years: laundromats apartments buildings and private homes. I dont know why preset selections think that normal means high temperatures when all the tags of cotton t-shirts and pajamas say medium or low. So I have to go to manual and select time and temperature. I thought that towels selection will be OK. Worse After 15 minutes it is done. I repeat the same thing. So I decided to select Manual dry for 40 minutes. It immediately went to high temperature - which I did not see and again stopped after 15 minutes. I decided to select Normal and again done after 15 minutes. I wish I could return the machine and I may still take my losses.

I have submitted 3 tickets to have someone look at a brand new dryer and I get text with no response after replying. The dryer was finally hooked up after we had an electrician run the correct outlet. Started the dryer and the drum makes noise and something is loose below it.
