Whirlpool Dishwasher with Fan Dry

Installation was a breeze! Looks great! Rack arrangement is very well done. We can fit more items in this one than any we've seen.

My husband had to go buy a drainage part to install it. Ridiculous that a $7.00 part isn’t included

Purchased in July '19 from Home Depot to replace another broken 7 year old Whirlpool. First one arrived broken out of the box. Didn't run the cycle at all, soap sat dry on the bottom of the washer. Immediately contacted HD for a replacement, but was going to take two weeks so I opted to purchase another unit from Lowes. After three months same situation, dirty dishes and dried soap at the bottom of the pan. Contacted Warranty support and got on a schedule only to find the replacement parts were 2 weeks + out. I pleaded to get the dishwasher replaced or repaired by some other means as we were about to close Escrow on our home and I was told to 'wait'. Still sitting with a dead washer days from handing my keys to a new owner. I have had similar experience with our Whirlpool refrigerator. It’s cheap unreliable garbage and the onus is on the buyer to play QC for the manufacturer so they can avoid the expense and push it onto the consumer. This will indeed be the last Whirlpool appliance I purchase. Warranty support is not real and the parts used to manufacture their products are not adequately tested prior to shipping.

So happy with new dishwasher. Top rack moves up and down as needed. Silverware rack is great to separate for a great cleaning. Much quieter than old dishwasher!

Have had this for a month and I am glad I bought it. Very quiet. Does a great job. Only two things upsetting. Inside is very dark. Also the directions have no mention of the FAN DRY feature. We thought we had the wrong item shipped. Still not sure if feature is there. Still glad we bought it.
