Very Happy with this dishwasher

Our six year old dishwasher of another cheaper brand had a leaky door gasket and when I called customer service they said that they don't carry replacement gaskets. The Tech went on to to say that the dishwasher was supposed to use only cold water as hot water wears out the gasket, which sounded fishy to me. I shopped around and saw the Bosch 300 series in an 18" wide model and even though it was more than double the price of the existing dishwasher I decided to buy it. Although it got delayed by another 2 weeks, we were quite pleased with the features and ease of installation. It took me about 3 hours to install and I was impressed in the quality of workmanship in its construction. It was easy to use and is very quiet when it is running. We are looking forward to years of service and know if we need spare parts they will be available!

We replaced our old dishwasher with this Bosch model. It has wonderful features and design, but most important, it gets all the dishes clean. Loving the silverware shelf, better than a basket.

Love my Bosch dishwasher! There is a noticeable difference in the cleanliness of my dishes. And, the noice level is so low that I have actually put my ear close to the dishwasher to determine if it was running!

I love the top rack for silverware and small, flat items. I like that the middle rack is adjustable. I wish it had a few more tines or supports. The angle of the bottom surface doesn't suit my glasses and mugs and so they end up rather jumbled together. I like how the silverware basket has slots so that in can be positioned anywhere along the row, although I rarely use it, favoring the top rack instead. It runs so quiety that I sometimes have to check to be sure it's really on.
