    Excellent Machine

    We love our BOSCH 800 Series dishwasher. We have not yet used all the features and we do have to work around some condensation if we don't unload it close to the finishing time of the cycle but this machine cleans well and is an excellent energy saver. We are very happy with this purchase and would consider a BOSCH for out next purchase.

    Bottom basket broke terrible customer service

    Not one year into use of the brand new appliance the lower basket broke . The metal seems to have snapped and so the basket would no longer stay on the tracks and the dishwasher could not be run. What's worse is that 9 months of trying to get it replaced (by either asking under the warranty or buying a new one) have been unsuccessful. The dishwasher has been unusable.

    This dishwasher is so quiet. Have to look for the red light to see if its even running after its turned on. It does a great job cleaning the dishes.

    Purchased this dishwasher in October 2019 when we redid our kitchen. It was delivered and set up by Specialty Appliance. It worked for approximately two years and then we noticed the floorboards underneath the dishwasher were warped. We contacted the service company recommended by Specialty Appliance and they came out three times and could not figure out what was going on. I called Bosch and they recommended Mr. Appliance . Mr. Appliance came out yesterday and deemed the dishwasher not repairable. We spent over $1000 on this dishwasher and got two years out of it. We currently have a case number with Bosch and I am expecting them to do something. I am also concerned about the warped floorboards. Now we have no dishwasher, warped floorboards, and this is only two years after purchase. I am beyond frustrated and don't know what to do.
