Delivered but not usable

Dishwasher was delivered but we are unable to easily pull out or push in the empty bottom rack. Samsung will not respond to replacing or fixing it.

This dishwasher is perfect! Trays have adjustable components to accommodate lots of variations and it's so quiet that I had to let the family know it was running because they could not hear it from the next room. And, the Tuscan Stainless goes will with the color scheme of the kitchen.

This unit cleans very good, totally quite you don't even know its running, uses very little water, the air dry totally saves on electric. love the 3rd rack.
