My original purchase was delivered damaged; a three inch chip of the porcelain was missing, through ti the dust layer, exposing the metal. I was offered $70.00 dollars to keep the unit. I ultimately declined; a second unit was delivered, this time missing key parts for installation.

I bought the Amana AGR4230BAB Stove Range in White about a month ago from PC Richards in Brooklyn, NY. My mother for whom this stove was purchased did not want any creature feature computerized elements. Just a good working, solid, easy to use stove. After about one hour of viewing all the many stoves at the store she came across the Amana and it was love at first sight. The product provides all basic essentials of a modern stove. 30 inch range, 4 sealed burners, lower broiler draw (not a storage bin!!!) and a oven on/oven off center knob. The outcome - the stove works great. My 88 year old mother is Happy! Her wonderful meals are now cooked to perfection. Thanks Amana!!
