we enjoy our range and its functionality. we had to adjust our cooking times due to convection and such, but that is normal. it matches our other samsung appliances also. however, after a power outage/restoration, the clock on the display has to be manually reset to the correct time. while this may seem trivial, i find it absurd that a "smart" wi-fi connected device can't do something so simple. customer service verified this.

Overheated while it was off

my samsung oven was the only samsung appliance that wasn’t a problem. today, after it was used and turned off, the heating element turned back on and overheated. the oven had already been turned off. if it had happened after bedtime i hate to imagine what might have happened.

Got this in January and I’ve only used the upper part of the oven so far, and I’m pleased with its performance! Looking forward to hosting our family Cookie Day with these double ovens!

I bought this item over 3 months. I had to wait over a month for it to arrive. Nobody had it in stock. The double oven is great. I use the small part of the oven most of the time. I would recommend this product to anyone.

the remote function is useless. it shuts itself off after opening the door and after a period of time without anyone touching it. unless you remember to check the status of this feature every time you leave, the remote preheating function is not reliable. another annoying "feature" is the oven light turns off every time the door is closed even if it has been manually turned on by the front panel controls. basic oven functions operate as expected.
