was so excited when i received this range/convection oven as a gift from my family. noticed several deep gouges and flaking paint on the bottom interior after the first cleaning cycle. nearly a year later and after the second cleaning cycle there were many deep gouges and even more flaking paint. contacted lowes as an extended warranty had been purchased but was told damage was cosmetic and id just have to “deal with it.” contacted samsung customer service and they agreed with lowes and offered me s link to purchase touch-up paint. will never buy samsung again.

Confection Flex Duo works Great

The appliance looks great with my fridge raider and microwave. Flex Duo has took some getting use to (cooks faster) Way different than my old stove. Has good amount of features- confection baking, roasting, broiling, I use a lot. Plus has slow cook, dehydrating and bread proofing. A choice of steam clean oven or self clean. Also oven wipes up easy, has the blue ceramic interior. Has start and stop timers, I use a lot. This appliance also has storage in the bottom. Very Happy with the oven SIDE so far. Now the top is a different story- this is why I give the whole range a 3.5. THE RANGE GLASS TOP >S..KS > IT Stains Galore. I’m constantly using the cleaner to try to keep up. There’s no getting rid of some of them. Looks Bad! The burners control seem inconsistent from what the burners doing. I have to keep a eye on what ever cooking. I do like the center warmer feature, although it’s only for smaller pots.

Less than 2 years old and this thing has never once held temperatures properly. I have to use a oven thermometer and watch that when cooking anything that's temperature sensitive. And samsung won't help because it's out of warranty. I'll stick to Samsung for phones only from now on

Another Fail

bought as a package, first the refrigerator failed, now the range. outside of warranty so samsung will not cover issue. hot surface light stays on (safety issue with children in house) and part of the hour on the clock no longer illuminates, tech thought the unit was showing an error code when sent picture. dishwasher barely gets dishes clean. so just waiting for the microwave to fail. i love their tvs but don't think i will buy their appliances again.

I'm learning the stove. I like the double oven feature I had to make adjustments to the temperature due ot the convectional top option. Overall it is a good stove.
