Cook top exploded

when we bought our first home we had to replace the stove and bought this one. almost exactly 2 years after purchase, i was cooking all day and it just couldnt handle it. the glass top literally exploded and cracked. i cook a lot, and can only use one burner. when requesting service thru this site, there wasnt really an option for cracked glass. we’ve been waiting at least two weeks for a replacement top and repair.

generally we were happy with this purchase until a month after the one year warranty expired. the black cooktop surface is chipping off. it only gets worse every time we clean it. this is my second full samsung appliance suite package and there will not be a third.
