Cosmetic defect.

After 18 months the bottom of the oven door is rusting and separating from the front. First review denied for no specific reason just some very vague list. No profanity from me. I guess you just deny any really bad reviews. Cosmetic defects are not under warranty, period, is the reply from customer service. Wow.

I bought this last year and I love it. It heats up so quickly and I love the quick bake option. The glass top is so easy to clean too.

Bought this two years ago and rarely use it. Never dropped anything on the stovetop. Today while attempting to boil water, the glass top completely cracked. There was no reason this should have occurred. Cannot get a single person from customer service to answer. Crappy customer service and crappy product.
