Unhappy with product

Just started using my new stove yesterday. The oven light does not go on when I open the oven door, but it will turn on when I use the switch. It is annoying that there is no light to indicate the oven has reached the desired temperature when preheating the oven for cooking. BUT what I am really upset about is not the product itself, but customer service. I reached out to customer service before purchasing and asked if this had a self-cleaning oven and they said it did, but it does not.

Your product is engineered from someone who doesn’t use one….. racks are cheap and fall off the ledges…..dangerous

Oven racks fall straight down with any kind of weight, I’m ok otherwise my lawyer would be writing you……. With that being said a little advice from someone who knows what is needed …your racks are off by 1/8 “ or the oven wall ledges two small .I will fix my problem but someone else out there may get seriously burnt….. look into it…… ps… make your racks a little stronger so there is no flex…….

I love it! Needed a smaller sized unit to fit into a space. The 24" Frigidaire Freestanding stove is the perfect fit and the smaller size does not affect the quality of prepared meals. I could not be happier!

Absolutely love this mini sized electric stove. The burners heat quickly, and accommadate all sizes of pots & pans. The oven seems to do ok, just smaller. With the added sealed oven bottom feature making for easy cleanup. This fits perfectly in my apartment, matching my white appliances! Definitely a good buy and would recommend.
