I would have given it a zero if I was able to. This range is not meant for those who actually cook and bake. The oven is NOT a convection oven. Cookies on the outside of the pan burn or brown before centers cook. So do not buy if you want convection. The door does not seal tight and is constantly alarming that it needs to be shut. The digital controls for the oven are not easy to use timer and oven temp. The oven door when opened allows the steam to immediately come out in a blast and although it does not burn it is very hot on the face The stove top is even less user friendly. The Ultra Heat burner flame goes out from the bottom of the pot and has singed my oven mitts. It cannot be used to simmer. The simmer burner is in the back of the Ultra Heat so if you are using both burners and cooking noodles up front you have to reach over a large hot pot to stir what is in the simmer burner should be up front. If you decide to use the griddle in the middle of the oven you cannot use any of the other burners because the griddle extends out over the other burners and your pan/pot wont fit. My large skillet will not fit on the burner and allow for another pot to be on the burner behind it as there is not enough room. If I am cooking on both front and back burners which is daily the space between burners is not enough and one flame may reach the pot on the other burner and cook food on the edges of the pan I dont want it too I am so frustrated daily using it I should have stayed with Jenn Air One good feature it does clean easily.

We are very happy with the cooker. The range and oven work as expected. But there it one clear weakness and that is in the oven control. The pin that the control knob attaches to is plastic and it broke off in my hand. The range controls have a metal pin. I dont think those will break off.

All works well. My racks were scratching the sides but it was an easy fix.

I have enjoyed my stove so much. Especially the ultra heat eye Water boils in less than 4 minutes. I also love the griddle.

Purchased range on September 11 2019. It was delivered and installed October 22 2019. I have only in the big scheme of things they are somewhat minor. Plus so happy to again have gas burners 1. Oven light is not in the middle of oven or like the last ovens Ive had one on each side. Its difficult to see objects on the right side. Many times I have to open oven door to be able to see if food is properly cooked and or browned. 2. Wish the griddle was a heavier metal or even cast iron.
