The oven does preheat to the set temperature, but does not maintain it. It runs between 25-35° cooler during the rest of the cook time. I tried adjusting the temperature according to the manual. This didn’t make any difference. It has been a challenge trying to adjust my tried and true recipes. Heat is too inconsistent to judge. Not thrilled with the oven. The microwave works well though.
