Beautiful oven but…..

Once we installed the oven we could t open the door. Seams to be locked. We unplugged it and waited (tried resetting it) and the only other option was to put self clean. However all the books are inside so not an option. Has this happened to anyone else? How would one fix this?

What a great oven. Stylish and crisp. Never thought I’d use the remote controls but am having a ball turning on the oven from a mile away. Christened it with a duck for Christmas!! Best duck ever!
