worst microwave

I ordered this microwave at the beginning of June 2021 and it was delivered in August 2021, It only worked for 6 months and then stopped heating. I tried to schedule service appointment and was called after 1 week. So no service for this model and I need to email the tag for serial and model and receipt to get some certificate to buy another one. I sent the email and there was no response for 4 days. I tried to call and only connected to voice mail. Not sure when I could get a new microwave.

This is the third edition of this microwave we have owned. It’s a terrific size, and we have it “built in” a cabinet. Many great features; very powerful. Unbeatable, if it lasts long enough.
