This hood came with my new house. I think it is very attractive and appears to perform as expected.

I have multiple LG appliances and used to be extremely happy with them: great design highly reliable. However my experience with this range hood has been beyond disappointing. It arrived massively damaged see photos and a replacement arrived with almost identical damage. The shipping box appeared to be in good condition. The reviews of similar LG range hoods indicate that this is a widespread issue. I am afraid that this is an LG quality problem. It may be time to consider other brands.
