Accurate up to 1(degree)F, this thermometer can be used when cooking poultry, fish, steaks and more. Temperature range is 120-220(degree)F (49-104(degree)C). To use, insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the food so the tip can read the temperature. The thermometer should be hand washed and stored in the included magnetic storage box.
